Functional Test Adapters, EoL

The testing of covered electronical assembly components is very often not achieved with the common adapters. The number of different component forms and contacting requirements show the limitations of the standard adapter kit.  Functional Test Adapters and End of Line adapters often turn out to be special purpose machines.

Our concept "End Measuring Unit" shows a integrative look, a unitary user interface and of course a defined interface to the tester. 

With our rapid separation systems in combination with the adapter station a change of adapter is possible within a few moments.

Inside the unit tasks like scanning, contacting and marking are performed automatically. Even special tasks like labelling or assembling can be done.
